How Matter Creation Works
✔ Create a Matter – If the client has enabled this setting, you can create a new matter instantly.
✔ Request a Matter – Some clients do not allow vendors to create matters but enable a "Request a Matter" function instead.
✔ Contact Your Client – Certain clients require vendors to contact them directly to open a new matter.
🚨 Brightflag Support cannot create or request a matter on a client’s behalf.
What Should You Do?
✔ Check your Brightflag account to see if the "Create Matter" or "Request a Matter" option is available.
✔ If neither option is available, reach out to your client directly for guidance.
