As a vendor, you may use Brightflag for one or multiple clients. You may notice that different clients have different requirements for adding matters to Brightflag.
Create Matter: If the client has enabled this setting, you can create a new matter instantly.
Request Matter: Some clients do not allow vendors to create a new matter but instead enable the 'Request a Matter' function.
Contact Client: Alternatively, some clients require you to contact them directly to open a matter. Brightflag support cannot open a matter on a client's behalf.
