I Don’t See “Add Matter” or “Request Matter”

If you don’t see the option to create or request a Matter, this is expected behavior for some clients.


Why This Happens

  • Your client has disabled Matter creation and requests
  • Your user role does not allow Matter requests

What You Should Do

Contact your client and ask them to create and share the Matter

⚠️ Brightflag Support cannot enable Matter creation or requests.
