| Matter Name | Name of the legal project or case |
| Matter Reference | Brightflag’s unique ID for the Matter |
| Client Matter ID | Matter ID defined by the client |
| Firm Matter Reference | Internal reference used by your firm |
| Currency | Currency used for Matter spend |
| Matter Category | Type of legal work |
| Entity | Client legal entity that instructed the Matter |
| Budget | Total budget set for the Matter |
| Department | Client department responsible for the Matter |
| Internal Matter Lead | Client’s in-house attorney for the Matter |
| Country | Country or jurisdiction of the Matter |
| Lead Outside Counsel | Vendor attorney leading the Matter |
