How to find the Brightflag Matter Reference

If contacting your client to discuss a matter in Brightflag, it is best to use the Brightflag Matter Reference to identify the matter. This will allow your client to quickly locate the matter you are inquiring about.

To find the Brightflag Matter Reference: 

  1. Navigate to Menu > Matters > View Matters.
  2. The Matter Ref will be located in the first column.
