If your budget request is rejected, you’ll receive an email notification. Follow these steps to understand the rejection and make the necessary updates.

Step 1: Review the Rejection Comment

Locate the Rejection Comment Field

  • In the rejection notification, find the Rejection Comment field.
  • This field provides specific reasons for the rejection.

⚠️ Note: If the reason provided is unclear or you need additional information, please reach out to your client directly for clarification.

Step 2: Revise Your Budget Request

After reviewing the comments, address the issues mentioned:

  • Review and correct any listed errors or missing details.
  • Ensure all necessary information is included and accurate.

💡 Tip: Double-check your calculations and details to prevent further rejections.

Step 3: Resubmit Your Budget Request

Once you've addressed the rejection comments:

  1. Resubmit Manually: Open the budget request form, make necessary adjustments, and submit it individually.
  2. Bulk Resubmission: If multiple budget requests were rejected for similar reasons, use the bulk resubmission feature.
