You will receive an email when your budget request is approved or rejected. You can also check the status directly in Brightflag.
Where to Check
Go to:
Menu > Matters > View Matters
Open the matter and review the Budget Status field.
Status Definitions
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting client review |
| Approved | Budget accepted and applied |
| Rejected | Budget not approved |
| Unsubmitted | No budget request has been submitted |
If rejected, review the rejection comment and resubmit.
