2ļøāƒ£ Your PDF must clearly show it is a credit note

Your PDF must clearly indicate that it is a credit note.

The PDF must:

  • Display a negative total, matching the total entered in Brightflag

  • Clearly include the words ā€œCredit Noteā€ on the cover page

3ļøāƒ£ Submit the credit note as a standalone document

Credit notes must be submitted separately from invoices with charges.

āš ļø Warning
Do not include a credit note in the same submission as invoices with positive amounts.
Submitting them together can block or delay processing.
