How to check your role
1️⃣ Log in to Brightflag
2️⃣ Click your name in the top-right corner
If you see Vendor Admin or Office Admin, that is your role
If no role is shown, you are a Standard User
Why this matters

What actions you can take
Whether you can manage other users
Need higher access?
Ask your firm’s Vendor Admin, or
Contact the client’s Brightflag Admin
⚠️ Brightflag Support cannot upgrade user roles.
